Service

SiteSanvex helps users find local businesses without websites, generate demonstration websites, host them, and hand completed websites to clients. Generated demos are not official business websites until a lawful handover is completed.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Business data and outreach

You must use business contact information lawfully and respectfully. SiteSanvex does not authorize spam, impersonation, misleading claims, harassment, or representing an unsold demo as an official business website.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid for one month at a time. There is no auto-debit, no standing instruction, and no saved mandate: nothing is charged unless you start the payment yourself. When the month ends, access simply stops until you choose to pay again, so there is nothing to cancel.

The price and the number of days it covers are shown before you pay. Buying while a month is still running adds to the time remaining rather than replacing it.

When you move to a higher plan, it replaces the lower plan. Daily website allowances do not combine or carry forward. Website usage already consumed that day remains counted against the new allowance.

Website credits

Extra website credits are one-time purchases and are added only after payment is confirmed. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are used according to the product limits shown during purchase.

Demo expiry and deletion

Unsold demos expire after 45 days. We may send a reminder before deletion, but you remain responsible for marking a completed sale and handover. Deleted demos, deployments, DNS records, screenshots, and artifacts may not be recoverable. Sold sites are excluded from automatic demo expiry.

Client handover

You must have the client’s permission before connecting a domain, uploading their content, or representing the site as official. Domain ownership and renewal responsibilities must be clearly agreed with the client.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, deceptive pages, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized personal-data collection, or attempts to bypass quotas and security controls.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External providers, maintenance, internet failures, or security incidents may temporarily affect generation, deployment, domains, screenshots, or payments.

Content and intellectual property

SiteSanvex software, templates, and product branding remain protected. You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and publish that content for the requested service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SiteSanvex is not responsible for indirect loss, a user’s unlawful outreach, client disputes, inaccurate third-party listings, search ranking, or failures caused by external services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer rights and mandatory dispute forums remain available.
