Email contact@sanvex.in from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject “SiteSanvex data deletion request” and state whether you want account deletion, correction, or a copy of your information.
Identity verification
We will verify that the requester controls the account before deleting or disclosing information. We will never ask for your password, OTP, UPI PIN, or complete payment credentials.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymize account data, unsold demos, uploaded images, generated artifacts, and other information that is no longer required to provide the service.
What may be retained
Payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational obligations. They remain access-restricted and are removed when the retention obligation ends.
