Who operates SiteSanvex
SiteSanvex is a Sanvex product operating in India. Privacy and grievance requests can be sent to contact@sanvex.in.
Data we collect
We collect account details, contact information, subscription and payment references, product activity, support messages, and technical logs needed to provide and secure the service.
- We do not store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials. Razorpay processes payment credentials.
- Google Maps business information obtained through Apify is used to identify businesses without websites and build demonstration websites.
- Uploaded client images are stored only to build and operate the selected website.
Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide subscriptions, generate and host websites, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Consent and choices
By creating an account or purchasing a service, you provide the information necessary to perform that requested service. Optional communications and non-essential processing require a separate choice where applicable. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
Service providers
We use service providers including Clerk, Razorpay, Neon, Redis hosting, Cloudflare, Vercel, Apify, and infrastructure monitoring providers. Each receives only the data necessary for its role. Some providers may process data outside India under their contractual safeguards.
Retention
Account and transaction records are retained for operational, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Unsold demo websites are scheduled for deletion after 45 days. Sold websites remain until the customer or account owner requests deletion or the hosting arrangement ends.
Security
We use access control, encrypted connections, signature-verified payment webhooks, input validation, least-privilege credentials, backups, and operational monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance resolution. We may retain information where law, fraud prevention, accounting, or an active dispute requires it.
Children
SiteSanvex is a business service and is not intended for children. Users must be legally capable of entering a contract.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required, we will request fresh consent.
